How long does a typical project take?
4-8 weeks for a v1. Complex multi-system projects can take 8-12 weeks. I scope everything upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you maintain the systems after launch?
2 weeks of post-launch support are included. For ongoing maintenance, I recommend a CAIO retainer or can arrange a separate support agreement.
